7i77 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7i77 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules or policies published on the 7i77 website from time to time.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 7i77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When creating a 7i77 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 7i77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 7i77 support immediately at [email protected]. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

7i77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time the Company deems appropriate, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card account confirmation)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to processing delays or automatic reversal depending on the payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating periods (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. 4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same 7i77 account, except where the Company approves an alternative method in writing. 7i77 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed established account patterns.

4.5 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 7i77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The Company does not offer multi-currency accounts. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by 7i77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal request may be submitted in respect of winnings derived from those bonus funds. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any winnings associated with them will be removed from the player's account without notice or compensation.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7i77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7i77 platform to conceal the origin of funds obtained through unlawful means. 7i77 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in sports betting markets. Any winnings derived from exploiting a manifest error may be voided at the Company's sole discretion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after depositing funds into your 7i77 account. Chargebacks are treated as a material breach of these Terms, and the Company will pursue recovery of chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register on the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

9 Limitation of Liability

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purposes;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the Player;

• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7i77 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations the Player may have to the Company arising from prior use of the platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

7i77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
